1. Nature of the Service
EnglishReady provides 1:1 online English coaching sessions between registered learners and certified human teachers. Each session is scheduled for a duration of exactly 25 minutes.
2. User Conduct & Code of Decency
Sessions are strictly professional learning environments. Any harassment, inappropriate language, recording without consent, or abusive behavior towards mentors will result in immediate termination of the session, permanent forfeiture of credits, and lifetime account ban.
3. Session Credits Validity
Session credits are valid for the duration specified on the chosen package (14 days for trials, 60 days for 12 sessions, 90 days for 24 sessions, 180 days for 36 sessions, and 360 days for 72 sessions). Automated SMS and WhatsApp warnings are sent at 14, 7, and 2 days prior to credit expiry.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
